How to suspend your policy

The procedure to apply:

1. You MUST apply 5 working days prior to your departure.
2. Each insurance company is different, please be noted the length for suspension is different accordingly.
3. Please keep your boarding pass for the proof.
4. If you can not arrive at NZ on the day you already scheduled, please advice Ing ASAP.
