Dear Clients, hope this newsletter has found all my clients well post our 22nd Feb. Christchurch Earthquake.

The Earthquake has affected not only the city but our whole nation.

Please don’t forget to claim for your 2nd time’s earthquake damages thru EQC, which is treated as a new claim. However, if EQC had never sent anyone to assess your 4th Sep.’s Earthquake it will counted as only ONE excess fee for 2 claims.

There are 2 types of Suspension policy

  1. Due to the Earthquake, you are now an unemployment or unable to work which only apply to simple Life Cover, Medical and Trauma Cover policies with criteria and conditions to meet.
  2. You’ve gone overseas for short or long term holidays, there is certain conditions apply for both different types suspension.
